Description: Talisker Surge is a single malt scotch whisky produced by Talisker Distillery, located on the Isle of Skye in Scotland.

Talisker Surge is aged in American oak refill casks and rejuvenated casks, which are heavily charred to impart intense flavors of smoke, spice, and sea salt. The whisky has a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of peat smoke, dark chocolate, black pepper, and dried fruit, and a long, warming finish.

TASTING NOTES

Aroma - Robust and maritime, with notes of peat smoke, brine, seaweed, citrus, and a touch of black pepper.

PALATE - Powerful and smoky, featuring flavors of charred oak, salted caramel, dark chocolate, chili spice, and a lingering, peppery finish.

FINISH - Huge, long, warming peppery finish with an appetising sweetness.
