Full Product Description
Marius by M. Chapoutier Syrah-Grenache Pays d'Oc IGP 2024 is a smooth and expressive French red wine from the warm Pays d’Oc region in southern France. Made from Syrah and Grenache, this wine captures the generous fruit, spice, and approachable structure that make southern French red blends so enjoyable.
The two grape varieties are vinified separately, then blended to create a balanced red wine with fruit, depth, and smooth texture. Maturation on fine lees helps build complexity and gives the wine extra roundness on the palate.
In the glass, it shows a dense red-purple colour with deep purple highlights. The nose is powerful and complex, with red berries, dark fruit, spice, pepper, liquorice, and a delicate floral touch. On the palate, it is concentrated yet easy to drink, with red fruit, silky tannins, balanced freshness, and a smooth spicy finish.
This is a great everyday French red for customers looking for a reliable wine for casual dinners, BBQs, parties, and relaxed meals with friends. Serve it with grilled meats, lamb, beef, pork, sausages, pizza, tomato-based pasta, charcuterie, and Mediterranean dishes.
