Full Product Description
KRUG Grande Cuvée is the signature expression of the House of Krug and one of the world's most prestigious Champagnes. Rather than simply reproducing the character of a single harvest, Grande Cuvée is created through an extensive blend of wines from different years, allowing the House to achieve exceptional richness, harmony and complexity.
Made from the traditional Champagne varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, Grande Cuvée offers extraordinary aromatic depth. Layers of ripe orchard fruit and citrus are complemented by notes of dried fruit, toasted brioche, hazelnut, almond, honey and subtle spice.
On the palate, it is generous yet beautifully balanced, combining fine bubbles and refreshing acidity with a rich, creamy texture and impressive persistence. Its complexity continues to develop in the glass, making it a Champagne to savour rather than simply toast with.
Each release of Krug Grande Cuvée is identified by an Edition number, reflecting the specific blend and harvest around which that particular cuvée was created. Please confirm the exact Edition from the bottle label when purchasing if this detail is important.
A superb choice for Champagne connoisseurs, collectors, luxury gifting, anniversaries, milestone occasions and sophisticated dining.

Serving Suggestion
Serve chilled at approximately 9-12°C in a tulip-shaped Champagne glass or quality white wine glass rather than a narrow flute, allowing the complex aromas and flavours to fully develop.
