TASTING NOTES

• Nose - Brioche, banana, vanilla blossom, sugared almonds, a hint of cider, lemon peel.

• Taste - Melted butter on rye toast, sandalwood, peach, soft peppery hints drift in later on, with just a pinch of mint.

• Finish - Flaky pastry, dry malt, pear sweetness.
