TASTING NOTES

• Nose - Delicate citrus, bamboo wood, blue cheese and mushroom soup with faint grilled almond.

• Palate - Clean and dry, yet very slight sweetness with muscovado sugar, blue cheese, spiced apples, pears and notes of vanilla, caramel and a faint pinch of black pepper spice.

• Finish - Lingering cracked black pepper and faint mushroom soup notes. Delicate all round.
