Full Product Description
Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé NV Champagne 750ml is a refined and expressive rosé Champagne from one of Champagne’s most iconic houses. The maison highlights that Madame Clicquot created the first known blended rosé Champagne in 1818, helping define the style of rosé Champagne that continues today.
This cuvée is based on the traditional Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label blend and completed with Pinot Noir red wine to create its rosé character. Veuve Clicquot states that Brut Rosé is made from 50–60 crus, with up to 45% reserve wines, and a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier, and 30% Chardonnay. The addition of 12% red wine brings depth, structure, and power to the palate.
In the glass, it shows a luminous rosé colour with attractive pink highlights. Aromas include red and black fruits such as cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry, supported by white pepper, saffron, licorice, biscuit, croissant, toast, orange peel, and gingerbread from lees ageing. On the palate, it is fresh, rounded, structured, and elegant, with bright fruit, pastry notes, gentle spice, and a long refined finish.
This is a strong choice for customers looking for a premium rosé Champagne for celebrations, gifting, romantic dinners, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and luxury entertaining. It pairs beautifully with sashimi, sushi, pizza, aged cheese, seafood, charcuterie, roast poultry, and red fruit desserts.
