Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most private residential deliveries within Hong Kong are completed within 48 hours.

For Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, and Outlying Islands, please allow approximately 4 days for delivery.


What are your delivery hours?

We deliver Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.


Do you offer same-day or urgent delivery?

If you need your drinks delivered on a specific day or urgently, please contact us at:

Do you deliver to commercial or office addresses?

Yes. Please include your business opening hours or preferred delivery time in the order notes so we can schedule the delivery accordingly.


Do you offer free delivery?

Yes.

Hong Kong Island & Kowloon

  • Orders above HK$500 qualify for FREE delivery.

New Territories & Remote Areas

  • Orders above HK$800 qualify for FREE delivery.


Is there a delivery fee for smaller orders?

Yes.

Hong Kong Island & Kowloon

  • Orders below HK$500: HK$100 delivery fee

New Territories & Remote Areas

  • Orders below HK$800: HK$150 delivery fee


Do you deliver for Junk Boat Parties?

Yes. We offer FREE delivery for Junk Boat Party orders over HK$3,000.

For orders below HK$3,000, additional delivery charges may apply depending on the number of boxes and delivery requirements.


Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes. FREE self pick-up is available from our office with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Pick-up hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We only source genuine and authentic products from trusted suppliers and distributors.


Do you offer gift packaging?

Selected products and gift sets may include premium packaging. Please contact us if you have special gifting requests.


Can I request a product that is not listed on your website?

Yes. If you are looking for a specific bottle, vintage, or rare product, contact us and we will do our best to source it for you.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major online payment methods available through our Shopify checkout, including credit cards and other secure payment options.


Is online payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure encrypted payment gateways that comply with industry security standards.


Account & Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase has been successfully placed.


What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter and assist you as quickly as possible.


Age Restriction

Do you sell alcohol to persons under 18?

No. Under Hong Kong law, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to minors in the course of business.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above.
