Barone Ricasoli Brolio Chianti Classico DOCG 2023 is a classic Tuscan red wine from one of the historic names of Chianti Classico. Produced by Barone Ricasoli / Ricasoli 1141, this wine reflects the traditional character of the Brolio estate and the elegance of Sangiovese grown in the heart of Tuscany.

The 2023 vintage is made from Sangiovese and complementary grape varieties, with grapes sourced from vineyards grown on the estate’s representative Brolio soils. This gives the wine a balanced expression of fruit, freshness, floral notes, savoury depth, and mineral structure.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red colour. The nose offers red fruit, cherry, iris, violets, balsamic notes, light spice, and subtle earthy character. On the palate, it is dry, elegant, and well balanced, with smooth tannins, lively acidity, and a long refined finish.
